What to Expect

Laying the Foundation for Total Health

On your first visit your Physiotherapist or health care provider will spend 45-60 minutes evaluating your current health status and past medical history to determine an appropriate course of treatment.  Recommendations for treatment will be reviewed with you so you can decide what plan of care works best for you.

Treatment Phase 1: Relief Care (Acute Phase of Healing)

If you are in pain when you come into our clinic, the first objective is to help you feel better and provide you with relief of your symptoms.

Treatment Phase 2: Restorative Care (Sub-Acute Phase of Healing)

During the restorative care phase muscles and other tissues have healed more completely thereby helping prevent injury.  In addition to receiving symptom relief you can expect to begin exercises that will help you resume pre-injury activities.

Treatment Phase 3: Wellness Care (Recovery Phase of Healing)

Once your body has fully healed you will be provided with an individualized exercise program and advice on injury prevention.

Our goal is to get you back to optimum health as quickly as possible.

As you get better you should need us less!

We look forward to hearing from you
